Quantity Surveyor

・Quantity surveyors estimate and control costs for construction projects.
- Understanding of construction methods and building materials
- Managing material quantities for all construction projects (new construction, renovation)
- Expressing the structure according to the design drawings while making full use of dedicated PC software.
- Calculate and measure quantities of materials from design drawings and prepare breakdown sheets (bills of quantities) and other documents
- Update and adjust as appropriate when changes are made
- Follow instructions from supervisor and adhere to team work processes
- Reporting and explaining verbally and in writing to supervisors and team members.

As a member of the Quantity Surveyor assistant (in charge of structure),
this job involves reading and interpreting design drawings and calculating construction costs for buildings and other structures. In this job, you will work on buildings with a total floor area of 400,000 square meters, large stadiums, and landmarks such as those to be built in Tokyo, Japan.
In the future, more such high-rise buildings will be constructed in Hanoi.
You will be able to learn the most advanced Japanese technology for it.

We are preparing to launch our office as early as the summer of 2023. And we are currently looking for start-up members. (Starting date to be negotiable)
We will start by working for Japanese companies, but eventually we hope to receive orders for projects in Vietnam, and we want to expand our business in Southeast Asia and other countries, as well as in India.
In the future, we may entrust you with project management, office operations, or CEO of a local subsidiary, assuming you have extensive experience in construction costs.
