Mô tả công việc

Purpose of the Job/Job Mission:

Support in providing the required quotation services within the given time and required quality, while ensuring compliance with Bühler related directives and EHS standards.

Essential Functions:

To elaborate technical and commercial analysis of customer requirements in alignment with the sales manager;
Technical and commercial responsibility for quotations;
Preparation of the technical offer in accordance with the group leaders and in collaboration with other departments and experts;
Preparation of layouts, project schedules and DOW (Division of Work) document;
Ensure timely response on technical issues internally;
Ensuring in agreement with the specialists that the technical, technological and commercial contents are correct and that the documents are complete;
Capture return of experience and best practice, apply lessons learned;
Any other duties as assigned by upper Manager.

Measurement / Key Performance Indicators

High service quality for internal and external customers (respond time, flexibility, TOP);
Delivery time as well as number of rework cycles on the defined scope of work;
Compliance with processes, procedures and tools.

Educational:

Mandatory: Technical basic education.
Desirable: CAD (AutoCAD 3-D) basic knowledge.
English level PET.
Multilingual.

Experience:

Mandatory: Proof of sufficient skills.
Desirable: Commercial knowledge.
Planning, organizing and coordinating skills in an international environment.
