Mô tả công việc

* Job purpose:

To control all activities of raw material warehouse and monitoring deliveries of raw material and packaging to ensure sufficient supply for production requirement.
Lead all HSES activities of warehouse to achieve HSES target

* Critical Accountabilities:

Warehouse space available for raw material and packaging:
- Define and set plan to rearrange stocks to assigned locations
- Monitor RM / packaging delivery schedule
- Define appropriate storage location in fact and in the system as well
- Guide workers to implement loading & unloading procedures
- Work with forwarder about delivery schedule of imported raw material
- Dispatch raw material delivered from the port to external or internal warehouse
Maintain accurate inventory level to meet target"
- Maintain accurate records on inventory movement
- Schedule daily inventory cycle counting for different stock locations / items
- Issue report for adjustment for all different stock occurred during cycle count
- Train staff on inventory procedures
- Join yearly stock take led by Finance
Contribute to Company SSHE activities and ensure SSHE performance of the plant:
- Take the role of HSES representative of Production
- Participate in SSHE COM
- Training to team & promote HSES awareness /behaviour.
- Enforce staff to strictly implement SHE procedures
- Make sure timely completion of SSHE improvement requirement
- Monitor SSHE performance at the Plant
- Drive HSES compliance / improvement plan in the Production
Ensure the consistency quality of products and maintain QMS in department
- Ensure the consistency quality of products and maintain QMS in department.
- Do continuous improvement in term of quality process
- Set up and reinforce quality system
- Implementation of ISO 9002 in department
- Implement Plant Hygiene project in site
- No minor Non-comformance during external ISO audit
- Plant Hygiene will be done twice per year
Ensure to deliver business projects
- Take part in business projects as requirement: SAP; Quality; etc.
- Follow up the implementation of projects, make sure the deadline delivered
- Leading and contribution in Trinity and expansion projects.
- Do data Cleansing
- Data Mapping
- Test Run
- Review current process vs new process in SAP

* The scope and scale of activities :

Manufacturing capacity 30ml/year 2021

Yêu cầu

University Graduate is preferable
2 years experience in warehouse supervision and manufacturing management
Careful, honest
Good communication skills
Good leadership skills
Basic English skills
