Waverley is looking for a qualified JS Engineer specializing in the React framework to join our development team helping our client develop their range of storage solutions and applications (mobile, web, desktop).
We are expecting the candidate to be self-disciplined, proactive, and result-oriented. If this is about you - send us your CV and we will get in touch! Here's a skill set we'd be happy to see there:
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in front end software development
- Proficiency with ReactJS
- Experience with Highcharts or the desire to start working with it
- Basic knowledge of Mobx, NodeJS, Express
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, etc)
- Understanding the importance of maintaining the balance between quality and speed
- Good communication skills
- Intermediate English, both spoken and written
Nice to have:
- Experience with MongoDB
We expect the engineer to be:
- Self-organized and product-oriented team member
- Able to work in a small team
- Take a proactive position in resolving blockers, defining requirements
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for developing applications in ReactJS
- Work closely with the product manager and the team of QA engineers to implement versatile front-end solutions for complicated UX requirements
- Provide front-end coding expertise and be ready to make our product better for our users
- Embrace emerging standards while promoting best practices
- Deliver respectful opinions and perspectives to help shape the future of the product
