Mô tả công việc
1.GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible to support all staffs in Vietnam as required with effective Air pricing enabling existing and new business growth.
To reply global bidding / tender management responses for Air Freight in consultation with Air Freight Management as directed.
He/she liaises with the transportation department for local service charges, and local Airlines for market rates and ensures that the information are always available and up- to-date.
2.SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
Global bidding and tender management, Air Freight: RFQ, RFI, tender responses to PM Air in RHO and KAM, TM team within deadline as required.
Pricing tools: Provide up-to-date flight schedule, capacity, Air Freight rates and surcharges with all Air Carriers which are selling their services in local market for internal local company use
Pricing supports to Sales team for their local quotations
RCM: upload and maintenance Air Freight rates into RCM periodically, ensuring Schenker overseas stations have access to best available buying rates from/to Vietnam. Support other staffs for installing and using RCM for checking Airfreight.
RFQ responses to Schenker Overseas
Keep local charges including customs clearance tariff up-to-date and circulate in Ha Noi in consultant with Air Freight and Transportation Management
Pricing quality: keep record of RFQ tracker, send follow-up to ask for results.
Timely see the interruption of regular accounts and head up to Head of Airfreight or Sales team to find the reason and how can fix.
Market updates: keep aware of Air Freight market, support monthly Air Freight market reports
Support to Air carrier negotiations & relations: assist to Air Management to gain best prices from local contacts in carriers.
Business development: Evaluate the potential of customers when working then can introduce to Local or global Sales team.
Other tasks as required by Air Freight Management.

Local Airfreight market including rate development, total capacity, carriers, specifications of flight schedule, capacity, products, strong/key market
