EMEA Renesas Human Resources Team is looking for

Recruitment Coordinator (f/m/d)

based out of our office in Sofia (Bulgaria),
fixed-term contract (1 year)

The Job

You will be supporting an international HR team for countries in the EMEA Region (20+)
Coordination and moderating of interviews with hiring managers and the interview panel
Applicant Tracking System administration and reporting
Being the point of contact for the candidates and communicating all necessary updates
Active sourcing for candidates in different technical and commercial fields on LinkedIn, XING etc.
Telephone screening of candidates (clarifying the role, finding out more about their background
and motivation etc.)
Active engagement in other HR projects and initiatives including HR marketing activities on social media

Your Profile

University degree - all HR/economics/humanities/technical fields are welcome
At least 4 years of experience in inhouse or agency recruitment for tech roles
Fluent English (you will be speaking with candidates and managers all around the globe)
Highly organized with experience prioritizing multiple functions and tasks
High-energy, driven, articulate, and friendly personality
Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
Experienced team player who loves to bring new ideas to the table
