Registered Nurse
The Registered Nurse shall function in providing appropriate and safe care to patients within their scope of practice. You will be required to interface with clients on a daily basis to review lab results and implement Regen3tics wellness and longevity programs. The RN provides continuity of individual patient care and assures a well-controlled, clean environment for the quality care of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Assessment and Care:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate overall health and determine suitability for regenerative treatments.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and specialists.
- Administer and monitor regenerative therapies, ensuring patient safety and adherence to clinic protocols.
Treatment Administration:
- Prepare and administer medications, injections, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist in performing regenerative procedures such as stem cell therapy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, and other advanced treatments.
- Monitor patients during and after procedures, providing immediate care and interventions as necessary.
Patient Education and Support:
- Educate patients and their families about regenerative treatments, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care.
- Guide patients through lifestyle modifications and preventive measures to enhance longevity and overall well-being.
Clinical Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including assessments, treatments, progress notes, and follow-up care.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in documentation and reporting.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including physicians, specialists, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, fostering a positive and supportive clinic environment.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education sessions to stay updated on advancements in regenerative medicine.
Quality Improvement and Safety:
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic operations.
- Follow and promote infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
