How will you make a difference?
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, write them into clear and well-structured requirements documents.
Identify automation opportunities, analyze process issues and bottlenecks to recommend improvements.
Translate the requirements and solutions into functional specifications and solution designs.
Assist to draft technical documents for system implementation.
Assist with project management.
Involve in system implementation tasks like coding and testing.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and successful project delivery.
Proactively suggest improvements to optimize software performance and enhance user experience.

Who we are looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
Three or more years of experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar role with track record of successful application systems delivery.
Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Solid experience in writing SQL queries.
Knowledge in programming language and frameworks such as C#, Python, JavaScript, CSS3 will be an advantage.
Good knowledge in project management and software development methodologies.
Capable to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
