Restaurant Assistant Manager

 Support monitoring daily activities at the restaurant
 Supervise the restaurant and all related areas in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
 Help ensure compliance with all restaurant policies, standards and procedures
 Manage the food and beverage station and ensure the Restaurant team brings the best experience to the customers.
 Support business activities to ensure sale goals
 Handling customer's issues and complaints, seeking assistance from supervisors when needed
 Inspect storage areas for organization and cleanliness
 Complete scheduled inventories and requisition necessary supplies
 Assist in HR activities: supervise and train staff at the restaurant; attendance, work shift management of employees
