Mô tả công việc
Responsible for the management of the shop in compliance with the company's requirements and policies. Specifically, the Operations Standard, as well as planning, coaching, supervising staff, and coordinating with other departments or individuals. Inside and outside the company. 1. Opening Morning Shift tasks:
• Cleaning Cashier ares & manager desk
• Import goods from Suppliers for restaurants that import goods in the morning
• Check Management and check cash funds with team management
• Receive and hand over cash and red invoices from the management
• Support the service with setup and cleaning
• Send revenue reports to the accounting department, membership card information to the CRM
• Submit revenue via bank.
• During sales hours, enter orders according to customer requests delivered by service staff.
• Perform payment operations and write red invoices for customers.
• Submit orders from the bar and kitchen departments to purchasing according to the submitted soft copy.
• Update emails and notices related to operations and report to the management
• Support customer service during peak hours.
2. Opening Afternoon Shift tasks:
• Close the shift and hand over 1st shift revenue to the Restaurant Manager. Continue on shift 2 to perform the work of welcoming guests.
• Submit red invoices and warehouse receipts daily to the accounting department.
• During sales hours, enter orders according to customer requests delivered by service staff.
• Support customer service during peak hours.
3. Closed Shift tasks:
• Close the shift with the restaurant management
• Hand over revenue, safes, and tips to the restaurant management
• Hand over the red invoice to the restaurant management
• Store paperwork and payment bills in a filing cabinet.
• Turn off the computer, lock and seal the cabinets.
