• Ensure retail operations are executed effectively and consistently aligned with brand standards and business objectives.
• Monitor and drive store sales performance through regular tracking, analysis, and timely actions.
• Oversee merchandise display and in-store execution to support product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (VM, Marketing, Retail/Operation) to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Support new store openings, renovations, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen brand presence in the market.

Sales & Business Performance
Execute and monitor sales plans across assigned stores.
Track and analyze sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and recommend timely actions to improve performance.
Review store stock levels, sales trends, and propose solutions to increase turnover.
Coordinate product transfers between stores when necessary.
Product & Merchandise
Align with VM team & regional teams to ensure correct execution of display guidelines for new launches.
Work with Retail/Operation teams to ensure stores are ready for product introduction.
Coordinate with Marketing team to deploy in-store marketing activities.
Ensure promotions are accurate and comply with global guidelines.
Brand Image & Standards
Ensure stores consistently meet brand standards in cleanliness, display, and customer experience.
Monitor VM guideline implementation and provide feedback for corrections.
Check store facilities, fixtures, and furniture; coordinate maintenance and repairs when needed.
Store Opening & Renovation Projects
Collaborate with Principals on new store openings/renovations (layout, design, timeline).
Coordinate with internal teams on setup, training, and handover.
Follow up on store opening progress to ensure quality and brand standards before launch.
Customer Insights & Operational Excellence
Address customer complaints, issues, and inquiries in coordination with Retail/Operation teams.
Propose and implement initiatives to improve customer shopping experience and operational efficiency.
Reports & Administration
Prepare and submit required reports to line manager in a timely manner.
Support ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, or related fields (preferred).
Minimum 3 years' experience in retail/operation (fashion, lifestyle).
Experience in working with Principals and handling store opening/renovation projects preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Good communication, market observation, and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
