* Wholesale Overview Effectiveness projects:
Collect information: internal/ external data from system/ stakeholders
Current Overview Wholesaler analysis and proposal: Wholesale Performance, Wholesale profile, Wholesale Commercial Plan, Wholesale Route to Market plan, Wholesale Recommendation
Work with Line Manager for the right solutions/ Testing new tools
Pilot: Align with Region on where/how/when to pilot
Project evaluation and reports
Full scope execution
* KOM survey, Route planning tool, WS re-route
* Segmentation tasks:
Collect information: internal/ external data from system/ stakeholders
Perform analysis & re-segmentation: by outlet level, by segmentation, by PICOS for action
Alignment with stakeholders: Line manager, ME manager, RME manager, RC managers, ...
Consolidate final segmentation and build standard
Market visit to verify segmentation/ standardized model
* Segmentation projects & Lower Bronze Outlet projects:
7 regions WS outlet segmentation
7 Region Lower Bronze Outlet
* Report and analysis:
Outlet segmentation Reports & Analysis:
Lower Bronze Outlet project KPIs Performance analysis:
Monthly/Weekly Report & Analysis: Marcelo Report, Overview WS, MHS Gold & Silver Report, Incentive WS, Wabi Report.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree required
3 years' experience in FMCG sales management is preferable
Must be an expert of Excel and been working with huge data.
Familiar with market landscape elements and sales operations
Good if have a Financial understanding of P&L / GP...
Key account workflow knowledge is a plus
Strong analytical and problems solving skills
System (Coca Cola SAP / Margin Minder) expert is a plus
Communication to convey information, ideas and receive others communication extracting the intent and content
High willingness to travel
