Mô tả công việc

o Provide safety training to all employees of sub-contractors. Enhance their safety & health sense and capability, especially for the capability of emergency handling.
o Participate in the site safety inspection patrols, completing inspection reports and coordinate necessary following-up actions.
o Monitor and issue of Risk Assessment.
o Oversee compliance for ""hazardous activity"" method statements.
o Investigate/follow-up accidents, incidents and near-miss occurrences and assist with writing reports and issuing corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
o Liaise/ assist local government authorities, when requested to do so.
o Ensure Subcontractor compliance to all Government, Client and Newtecons's HSSE rules/ regulations, and if necessary, suspend/stop illegal or dangerous practices.
o Support ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 system in HSE related aspects.
o Weekly report and update safety & health condition at jobsites to HSSE Department.
o Others tasks/duties related to Labor Safety.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Age: 23-30
• Gender: Male
• Educational Level: University Graduate or equivalent.
• Specialty/Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Labour Safety or Enviroment or Engineering or equivalent.
• Male, range of age is 23 - 30 years old.
• At least 1-year work experience in the same position.
• Fluency in English for speaking, reading and writing for reporting and meeting (TOEIC >500 or above).
• Utilize Word/Excel/Powerpoint for reporting and presentation.
• Strong facilitation, listening and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to plan, conduct the training and have good presentation skill.
• Good health, honesty and enthusiasm.
• Accept to work overtime as required.
• Must be fully familiar with all safety requirements on site.
• Experience in Coteccons Project is prefer.
Salary: 08 - 15 mil/month
Place of work: Hanoi/ HCMC/ Cambodia
