Helinox Starting with climbing sticks in 2009, the global outdoor brand Helinox develops and manufactures camping furniture and accessories so that users of Helinox products can rest comfortably anytime,
anywhere. All Helinox products are lightweight and compact so they can be used conveniently for all outdoor activities such as camping, traveling and are easy to carry, durable and beautiful.
Whether you're going camping or backpacking deep in the woods, throwing a small party with friends on the rooftop, on a summer day at the beach, camping in the car or even at home, you will want to accompany Helinox products.
Now, we are looking for the staff who can work with Helinox, and working at 385 Cong Hoa, Ward 13, Tan Binh dist, HCM.
Manage Purchase Orders issued by Customers and issue Proforma Invoices
Submit orders into the ERP system (Netsuite/SAP) & send production requests to Purchasing team.
Manage the inventory & place orders of camping products to stock
Issue shipping documents (Commercial Invoice & Packing List), Certification Origin, Debit Note, Credit Note etc.
Manage collaboration projects by cooperating with the development & production team, manage the sample productions, review the BOM, offer to price, prepare the marketing documents
Report the Purchase Order to the internal network (Groupware).
Upload the shipment details into the ERP system (Netsuite/SAP)
Manage & Update product specifications list (excel format)
Other tasks are assigned by manage

Yêu cầu công việc
Korean proficiency: strong fluency in Korean with listening, speaking, writing and reading skill. (Good English will be a plus)
Experience: minimum of 1 year of relevant experience,
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment,
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and process mindset.
Proficiency in MS skills,
Meticulous on details,
Have experience about SAP.

Working days: 5 days/week, from Monday to Friday
Working time: 7:30 - 16:30
