A dynamic and enthusiastic salesperson, ready to join our sales team in Hanoi, Vietnam. The candidate must be a Vietnamese native, fluent in English, eager to work with international clients in a friendly and great company, and passionate about sharing their love for the country and travel.
- Managing, and developing the assigned client portfolio.
- Communicating with B2B/direct clients, meeting their demands and requirements via social networks (such as Whatsapp, Skype, etc.), email, or phone.
- Understanding how clients think and adapting your ideas to suit their individual needs.
- Performing calculations and sending quotations.
- Creating tour programs based on client requests and adhering to the Sales Department's procedures.
- Advising clients and staying up-to-date with market news and upcoming products.
- Collaborating with accounting to follow up and ensure the completion of created tour programs.
- Participate in marketing business activities to increase clientele when assigned and guided.
- Continuously improving based on feedback.

- Vietnamese candidates only
- At least 1-2 years experienced in Sales inbound travel is required
- Excellent spoken and written in English
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Want to work as part of a small team with a desire to succeed and willing to learn
