Mô tả công việc

Sales Report
- Effective follow-up with the direct reports of Manager and ensure that sales reports and required information are delivered on time in terms of sales value/ volume per category/ item, by region/ salesman/ distributor
- Manage/ update/ control the list of clients, the sales contracts, deliveries, and payments
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction under advice
- Coordinate with Supply Chain department to ensure the inventory stocks efficiency to adapt the business demands on markets
Price and Products
- Liaise with the sales team to prepare the price list, product specifications, and other sales kits to serve for its sales activities under advices/ requirements of Manager; communicate the price & information of new products, new prices, and follow up price update on system and in field implementation
Sales Contract
- Assist for the sales team to follow/ update the sales contract with customer, including and not limited to making new contract, renew and/or amend and/or liquid the sales contract upon requirements of the sales team
- Monitor/ update and manage sales contract chronically
Sales support
- Coordinate departmental activities to ensure the sales team to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives
- Provide general secretarial support to the Manager and the sales team, including letters, travelling expenses claims, fax, memo, procedures updates, etc.; consolidate monthly expenses and update against the budgeted expenses
- Provide regular reporting to the Manager on activities in sales management as determined
- Day to day management of the development of Manager's schedules, meetings, holidays, travel requirements ensuring that all is communicated throughout the organization via a common calendar document
- Ensure the organization of any departmental meeting/ event, including the transportation, accommodation, invitation letters, visa, confirmation, conference room logistic, etc., in liaison with the travel agency if needed
- Provide assistance to other team members in events and particular projects, as well as on ad-hoc requests
- Assist in the implementation of company sales plans/ strategies as needed
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes to ensure for their communication and implementation within the team
- Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working
Marketing support
- Collect and fill marketing files, data
Other tasks as assigned by Manager

Yêu cầu

Economics, Marketing or Business Administration, other related disciplines
Minimum 2 years broad-based administrative skills gained in a multinational company involved in the manufacture, sales, marketing & distribution of FMCG brands
High level of initiative, maturity, and integrity
Capacity to adapt to change and respond effectively to multiple priorities
Ability to manage time effectively to ensure that tasks are prioritised, and deadlines are met
Computer Literate, Word, Excel, Power Point
Working time: 8:00 - 17:30, Mon-Fri
Working location: Nice building 467 Dien Bien Phu, W.25, Binh Thanh Dist. HCMC
