KURTZ ERSA, located on the banks of the Main River in Germany, was founded in 1779 and is a century-old German enterprise with a history of 240 years. During its more than two hundred years of development, Kurtz Ersa has been leading the development of the company with technological innovation and craftsmanship. With the deepening of Industry 4.0 and China Intelligent Manufacturing 2025 in the field of industrial manufacturing, the company is facing huge opportunities and development space. Kurtz Ersa Vietnam was established in 2018 with headquarter in HCMC, two demo centers in HCMC and BacNinh Province. We now are looking for a sales admin to join us in Bac Ninh city, Bac Ninh province, Vietnam with the job description below.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team
• Prepare sales quotations, contracts, sales orders, invoices, and related documents
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics thru SAP, ensure accurate inventory levels. Monitor stock movements, conduct periodic audits, and reconcile physical stock with system data
• Coordinate with internal departments (Logistics, Accounting, Service, Warehouse) to ensure timely order processing and timely delivery to customers.
• Handle shipping documents and customs-related paperwork for imports, exports and goods delivery.
• Maintain and update customer information, sales data, and reports in the system
• Handle customer inquiries and support sales activities when required, follow up on orders, delivery schedules, and payment status
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by Operation Manager Office Administration & Operations:
• Manage general office operations, including equipment maintenance, stationery, and facility management.
• Support internal events, travel arrangements (cars/ flights/hotels), and visa applications for international experts or management.
• Ensure the workplace complies with the Group's health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade, or related fields. Experience in multinational corporations (MNCs) is highly preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales Admin, Sales Support, or related positions
• Proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with SAP
Skills & Competencies
• Good command of English (written and spoken), plus Chinese is preferable
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
• Careful, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive, responsible, and customer-oriented mindset
