Job Description
***Summary
Animation Partners Asia Co., Ltd is business development agency for companies in the creative industry. We help creative companies connect with their customers and grow sales of their products and services in specific countries-markets.
As such we represent a Canadian software company, world leader in animation and storyboarding software. And we are looking for a Sales/Business Development Executive to support our Business Development Manager in growing their software sales in Southeast Asia.
***Main responsibilities
• Identify potential clients in Southeast Asia and populate our database
• Prospect potential clients by phone and email, find the right contact, collect their information (full name, position, email, phone number) and ask qualification questions
• Schedule meetings between potential clients and the Business Development Manager
• Support the Business Development Manager in the sales process with customers
• Maintain up to date sales reports in Salesforce CRM
• Achieve results, targets set by the company (numbers of calls per days, meetings scheduled per week, % of leads converted to customers, revenue generated)
• Generate contracts and invoices to customers and follow-up payments
• Possible advancement to owning your own portfolio of clients and managing the complete sales process with these clients (based on skills and results)

• Sales training and upskilling from an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in international, multi-country sales
Start Date: From September 1st, 2021
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, District 2 (Remote until end of lockdown)
Working Hours: 8.30AM-5.30PM
Note: Applicants need to be already located in Ho Chi Minh City. Applicants outside of Ho Chi Minh City/Vietnam will not be considered.
Requirement
***Profile that we are looking for
• University degree in sales, international business or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales/business development
• Fluent in English is a must, French is a plus
• International mindset, open-minded, modern and dynamic, able to work with foreigners
• Customer and result, target oriented
• Confident with prospecting, making multiple phone calls to potential clients every day
• Comfortable with IT: Windows, MacOS, Microsoft Office, Zoom, etc.
• Experience in software sales is a plus
• Interest in animation, creative, technology industries is a plus
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM or other CRM is a plus
