Viya Health Enterprises is a social business registered in the USA - with activities in Southeast Asia - as a spin off from PSI, an international organization created in 1970 to promote access to Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) products, Viya Health leverages a legacy of product distribution, communication campaigns and strong footprint in over 20 countries around the world to better support individuals in their health journeys.
As per work requirement, we currently seek a highly motivated individual to serve as Sales Coordinator. This position will be a full-time, 1-year contract, to be based in Hanoi and will report to the PSI's Program Manager
Position summary: The Sales Supervisor - under the supervision of SBU Program Manager, works for VIYA health project - is responsible for identifying business opportunities and optimizing sales performance with key clients including wholesalers and sub-distributors both existing and potential and managing work relationships for effective collaboration.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Sales Performance: Reach the assigned Products Sales Target (monthly, quarterly); Negotiate prices, oversee contracts and sales forecast and key insights and ensure the delivery of specific sales goals related to donor funded projects - when appropriate
Order Processing: Process sales orders, ensure accuracy and timely delivery; monitor the order fulfillment process and address any issues that may arise.
Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for wholesalers and sub-distributors, maintain positive relationships with the clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Data Management: Maintain and update the customer database and sales records; analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Support and Coordinate for New Customer acquisitions: Provide support to the sales team; coordinate logistics for sales events...
Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and other internal departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales initiatives; collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Training and Development: Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Selection criteria
o Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
o Proven at least 3-year experience in key accounts management and sales in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry.
Close work relationships with pharmaceutical wholesalers and sub-distributors - an advantage
o Strong understanding of drugs, medical devices, and pharmaceutical market dynamics.
o Excellent people skills and experience in building and maintaining relationships with wholesalers and sub-distributors.
o Can-do attitude with multiple-task ability
o Willingness to travel to provinces when required.
