Job Description summary:
The Sales Executive, BU Pig focuses on driving sales growth by identifying new customers, strengthening relationships with existing ones, promoting livestock equipment through product knowledge and demonstrations, and analyzing market trends to support
business development. It also involves preparing
reports, maintaining accurate records, and providing customer service and after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibility:
1. Sales and Business Development
- Identify and target new customers including investor, livestock corporation, genetic company, ...
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals within assigned territory.
2. Product Knowledge and Promotion
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company's livestock equipment offerings.
- Conduct on site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to customers.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and proper use of livestock equipment.
3. Market Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to management on product performance and market demands.
4. Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecast.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and follow ups in CRM systems.
5. Customer Service and Support
- Assist customers with inquiries, installations, and after sales support.
- Work closely with customer service teams to resolve customer issues promptly
6. Others as assign
- Degree in Veterinarian, Business, Marketing, Engineering or any other equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in livestock sales; existing and relevant customer network is a strength.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently and able to adapt to a matrix reporting environment.
- Strong written and verbal Vietnamese and English communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
