What will you be doing?
• Prospecting and Client Acquisition: Identify and approach new potential clients
• Full Sales Cycle Management:
- Arrange and attend meetings with clients to understand their needs.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure smooth shipment processes and verify all import/export documentation.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor payments and manage any arising issues or disputes efficiently.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Reporting & Feedback: Regularly report sales performance, activities to the
Sales Manager and Top Management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or a related field.
