Mô tả công việc

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales
• Generate new business leads and convert them into customers
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
2. Planning
• Plan and coordinate logistics activities for clients
• Work with operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Ensure compliance with regulations and laws related to logistics
• Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in logistics processes
• Develop and implement plans to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs
3. Projects
• Manage projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely completion of projects
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
• Ensure project goals are met on time and within budget
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement
4. Documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information for project activities
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for documentation
• Work with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate billing and payment processing

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• From 2 to 5+ years of experience in logistics sales or a related field or you have strong skills and passion in sale
• English Communication (Advantage)
• Planning and project management skills
• Knowledge of logistics transport regulations and laws
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
