Support daily operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the sales team, including:
• Office administrative tasks (forms, approvals, scheduling).
• Supply management (ordering samples, office materials, shipping documents, etc.).
• Sales team budget tracking and expense coordination.
2. Sales Management
Perform core execution tasks directly related to order processing, customer service, and revenue flow:
• Contract, order, receivables, and incentive management.
• Production coordination.
3. Data and System Management
Support data-related tasks essential for internal operations:
• Update BOM (Bill of Materials) as required by PM or Sales.
• Register product/item codes for orders.
4. Analysis and System
Maintain tools and processes that provide control and insights into sales performance:
• Prepare and update internal documentation.
• Create and maintain BI dashboards (order status, KPIs, market insights).
