Job Description
Build sales planning framework with a purpose to achieve best planning results.
Carry out yearly sales planning -business plan (set company's sales financial and strategic goals, define priorities, strategies, target sectors, deadlines), involving sales teams in the planning process.
Ensure sales plan implementation throughout the year - track, push and motivate sales team and team managers, report the progress to the management.
Lead strategic cooperation with consultant team.
Develop and apply needed training materials related to the sales team work.
Review, evaluate and adjust if needed sales procedures and ways to achieve better results.
Track and analyze leads coming from Telesales.
Ensure sales teams are carrying out sales process within defined quality procedures.
Ensure tele-/sales department is updated on the latest product developments, sales strategies, new procedures and market situation.
Deliver necessary initial training needed for new hires for them to be qualified to carry out their responsibilities.
Ensure proper distribution of workload among the sales team managers.
Set and periodically review career goals with sales team.
Set, periodically review and carry out training plan for each sales team member.
Propose promotions and terminations for sales team members.
Generate strategic leads and perform complete sales cycle with interested customers within defined quality and sales procedures and deadlines
Job Requirement
Minimum 3 years of experience in selling ERP software (a must).
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales • Ability to manage large accounts
Advanced selling and market research skills • High inter-personal & communication skills.
Management and leadership skills.
Team management skills.
Strategic thinking and planning skills.
Ability to work in team and cooperation within and outside sales department.
Ability to work outside the office and after official working hours
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent command of English and Vietnamese languages.2
Knowledge in business software market locally and internationally.
Strong knowledge and experiences regards to different software domains (especially manufacturing industry).
Strong knowledge and experience in global/ international ERP software brands: Oracle, SAP, Epicor, Infor, Microsoft, QAD, IFS, Sage, etc.
