International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a global leading testing service company. Our client is seeking for a talented professional with at least 5 years of experiences in testing service for consumer product industry.
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will collaborate with customers and suppliers to drive overall performance in term of delivery, quality, inventory and so on.
Job Responsibilities:
· To identify and deliver service improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking
· To work with key business stakeholders, and multi-jurisdictional 'LEAN champions', to build a continuous improvement environment to support an ongoing programme of change
· To lead and facilitate LEAN/process improvement based workshops to drive ideas and solutions
· To support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working
· To identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system
· To assist in the development and implementation of a 'best-in-class' continuous improvement strategy
· To take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls
· Build and maintaining client relations
· Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply
· Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
· Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition
· Follow organisational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department
· Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
· Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
· Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Chemical Engineering
· Fluent in English
· At least 5 years of experience in Softline/Hardline/ Footwear industry
· High-level proficiency with MS Office programs
· Capacity to work independently
