Job Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet the company's revenue goals.
Identify target markets, build prospect lists, and develop specific business plans.
Forecast and monitor sales performance, adjusting plans as necessary.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strategic relationships with both potential and current clients.
Identify new opportunities, negotiate, and close deals with clients.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the cooperation process.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities to develop products/services aligned with client needs.
Monitor and analyze competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Sales Team Management: Lead and train the sales team to ensure targets are met.
Business Reporting & Analysis:
Regularly report on sales performance and key metrics to senior management.
Analyze sales data and propose solutions to improve sales processes and strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Accounting departments to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and client service.
Provide input on the development of new products/services and marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
At least 3-5 years of experience as Sales Manager/ relevant position;
Self-motivated, independent, and customer-oriented with an aggressive sales approach;
Proficient in spoken and written English;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to plan and develop effective sales strategies;
Ability to adapt quickly to changes and handle challenges effectively.
