Mô tả công việc
- Develop new business opportunities and key accounts, expanding ZIM's presence in the local market.
- Proactively managing customer accounts, strengthening customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities and optimizing shipping solutions.
- Motivate, and supervise a high-performance sales team, monitor and analyze KPI to track the team's sales performance and business outcomes ensuring the achievement of sales targets in accordance with ZIM'S strategy.
- Reporting the marketing information, competitors' information exchange, performance review etc.
- Provide coaching, training, and professional development to team members to enhance their sales and customer service skills.
- Conduct weekly team meetings, review performance, and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as logistics, customer service, and operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service.
- Assist in collection and financial systems management, resolving complex financial and payment issues.
- Other tasks assigned by leader
Yêu cầu
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant industry (Logistics, Freight Forwarding Service) with at least 2-3 years in management level.
- Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and team leadership.
- Ability to analyze data, assess market trends, and drive business strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, or a related field.
