Mô tả công việc

Industry: Agric - Commodity / Agro - Commodity
Product: Raw Cashew Nut and Cashew Kernels
Role: Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Import - Export, Trading
Do market research, generate sales leads to prospective buyers / processors and develop relationship.
Research market, competitors, approach new customers, expand strategic customer accounts
Search, exploit and develop relationships with customers and potential partners through many different channels
Manage relationship with existing buyer to know their requirement.
Consulting and supporting customers on trade, products and services, negotiating and signing contracts.
Work interaction with other departments such as documents, customs, logistics etc.
Solving problems with shipments if any.
Open to travel to upcountry for buyer and processor meetings.
Work at factories to guide product introduction to customers.
Give daily report to immediate manager.
Participating in sales team meetings.
Advising leaders to propose policies, implementation plans, predicting product and market trends.

Yêu cầu

Full-Time Position
Male / Female from 23-30
Bachelor degree in economics/ business administration/ foreign trade.
Good oral & written communication skill (English and Vietnamese is essential)
6 month sales experience in agro-commodity like raw cashew, cashew kernel etc.
Experience in other commodity like black peeper, cinnamon, coffee etc. will be added advantage.
Quick learner, open to learning about raw cashew and cashew kernel business, trading, processing and quality.
Smart, honest, ability to work under pressure.
Ability for self-work management and sale strategy development skill.
Experience in sales administration, contract review, knowledge of import & export and trade documentation.
Time management skills are required.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
