Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Complete the assigned sales target, in order to expand market and develop the company
DUTIES:
S
ales & Market Development
Make weekly, monthly work plan
Meet potential customers to market product, propose implementing plan for ASM
Coordinate with the technical team to expand the customer system (farms).
Expand distributors system for company.
Maintain existing customers, report customer feedback to ASM and vice versa
Collect, analyze, evaluate market information and provide proposals to manager.
Resolve issues relating to distributors, farmers within authorization
Track & remind customers to settle debts timely
Send reports as prescribed
WORKING PROCESS
Refer to the sales process, payment process
RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITYResponsibilities:
Ensure to achieve sales targets as planned
Ensure to inform distributors and farms timely about company trade policies.
Ensure to report customers' feedback to manager timely
Ensure to take good care of visitors
Authority:
Propose plans to approach customers
Propose commercial policy to manager
Propose options to solve problems arising on the market
EQUIPMENT
Phone simcard, email, business card, uniform
WORKING RELATIONSHIPSInternal: All company's departmentsExternal: CustomersJOB EVALUATION:
Achieve 95% of volume target as assigned
70% of customers rate good
100% complete reports as regulations
REQUIREMENTSPhysical: level 1 or 2 according to standard of Ministry of Public HealthKnowledge:Qualification: At least college degree in livestock industry, veterinary, business administration
Language: Not required
Computing: Microsoft office, email...Experience: Experience in Feed industry is preferred
Skill: Communication skill, negotiation skill, analytical skill, searching for information, time management skill.Attitude: Hard working, enthusiastic, sociable, progressive spirit
