SEKO Viet Nam is seeking potential Sales Support to join us. The idea candidate should have experienced in problem solving skill, MS Office, English, Customer oriented mindset.
1. Job description:
- Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals
- Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings, quotation and contract review and preparation, following the shipment progress, taking care nominations flows (if any).
- Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed
- Performing data entry duties in regards to metrics, sales figures and other key data
- Creating and processing sales in a timely manner
- Reporting any unusual activity to supervisors.Interacting with other cross functional departments to expedite the shipments and internal processes.
2. Qualifications:
- Profile CS/Sales supports
- At least 3 years of experience in Freight forwarding.
- Problem solving skill, MS Office, English, Customer oriented mindset.
