  • Propose the training activities to Sales Training Manager & control training budget as the approval
  • Work with sales team to define the needed modules, develop training materials
  • Do coaching on-field and in-class training for TSM together with Sales Reps as the calendar aligned with CCD & Sales team
  • Build the weekly material relate to the business requirements, KPI improvement, New SKUs, new campaign, new routine & policy...
  • Ensure the Sales team's capability to learn via digital training tools.
  • Report weekly performance to Sales Training Manager & RCM/RMEM to highlight good points & the improvement points
  • Develop TSM to be ready for Sales Trainer
  • Do related report to Training Manager & business requirement
  • Complete the tasks assigned by Sales Training Manager/ CCD Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales training (FMCG, Beverages industry are preferable)
  • Excellent Sales and Communication, Time Management, Project Management, Problem Solving, Planning skills
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
