Propose the training activities to Sales Training Manager & control training budget as the approval ​
Work with sales team to define the needed modules, develop training materials
Do coaching on-field and in-class training for TSM together with Sales Reps as the calendar aligned with CCD & Sales team
Build the weekly material relate to the business requirements, KPI improvement, New SKUs, new campaign, new routine & policy... ​​
Ensure the Sales team's capability to learn via digital training tools.
Report weekly performance to Sales Training Manager & RCM/RMEM to highlight good points & the improvement points ​​​
Develop TSM to be ready for Sales Trainer ​​
Do related report to Training Manager & business requirement
Complete the tasks assigned by Sales Training Manager/ CCD Manager ​

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 3 years of experience in sales training (FMCG, Beverages industry are preferable) ​ ​
Excellent Sales and Communication skills​
Time Management, Project Management, Problem Solving, Planning skills​
Computer literate (MS Office)
