SAP MM Solution Analyst

Main Functions

• Support to delivery SAP implementation for new companies or to support the operation, maintenance, and upgrade of SAP MM systems for the enterprise
• Receive, analyze, and resolve incidents and issues arising during SAP MM operation by users.
• Collect requirements, consult solutions, and propose system improvements or upgrades to meet actual operational needs.
• Configure the SAP MM system according to change, upgrade, or process optimization requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure stable and efficient operation of SAP MM.
• Participate in testing and deployment of changes and upgrades related to the MM modules.
• During work, may be required to learn and approach other SAP modules as assigned by the company.

Specific Duties

• Receive and handle user support requests related to MM business processes.
• Analyze root causes and coordinate with technical teams or partners to resolve system errors.
• Collect and analyze business change requests from departments; consult suitable solutions.
• Be able to configure the SAP MM system to meet change, upgrade, or process optimization requirements.
• Participate in building business documents, user guides, and end-user training.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment of system upgrades.
• Propose process improvements, automation, or operational optimization.
• Provide periodic reports on system operation, incidents, and improvement proposals to management.

Requirements

• Experience in operating, maintaining, or implementing SAP MM module
• Business analysis skills, communication with users and related departments.
• Experience in troubleshooting and end-user support.
• Understanding of procurement, material management, warehousing, planning, and production processes.
• Ability to configure SAP MM systems.
• Fluent English for communication and technical discussions.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and effectively.
• Willingness to learn and approach other SAP modules as assigned by the company.
• Depending on job requirements at the time, employees may be required to travel according to company assignments.
• Having the experience in integration projects between SAP and other systems such as E-invoice as a plus.

1. Probation: 2 months with 85% basic salary
2. Working time: Mon to Fri ( 8:00AM - 5:00PM)
3. Working venue: Floor 12, Royal Tower, 235 Nguyen Van Cu Street, District 1, HCMC
4. Annual Leave: 12 days
