Mô tả công việc
Create, update, and maintain SAP master data records following organizational guidelines and data governance policies.
Collaborate with relevant departments to gather and validate data inputs for SA, and build the business process for the modules...
Identify opportunities for process improvements related to SAP master data management.
Develop and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of master data processes.
Work closely with stakeholders to establish and refine data entry processes and standards.
Liaise with various departments, including but not limited to finance, procurement, and production, engineering, quality to understand their master data requirements.
Oversee the installation of the system with IT infrastructure to ensure seamless functionality.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, including data security and privacy.
Provide support and guidance to end-users on SAP master data-related issues.
Other tasks will be assigned by the Project Director.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Economics (Finance, Accounting), Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 2 years' working experience in implementing and supporting SAP solutions.
Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO in order to facilitate the implementation such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Asset, Inter-company Accounting, focus on Controlling
Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Monthly Closing, Activity-Based Costing [protected info] experience in Production Planning (PP) will have added advantages.
Experience in testing processes and providing user training.
Good soft skills like collaboration, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Willingness to learn and commitment to deadlines.
