Scrum Master / Product Manager

Xpon platform is a technology company committed to developing and commercialising software platforms for the next generation of marketing and customer experience (CX).

We currently have two core product offerings.

1. Wondaris: Next-generation data platform for marketers. Centralises customer & marketing data, supercharging it with AI for automated activation.
2. Holoscribe: Early leader in immersive experiences & XR content management. Enables users with no specialised skills to quickly and easily publish rich XR and 360 content in any channel.

Our incredible team of 10 and growing works from Australia, London, and Vietnam includes Data engineers, full-stack developers, Data scientists, UX/UI, Project managers, business development, and marketers.

These will be your responsibilities:

• Manage the end to end agile product delivery including
  • Backlog prioritisation
  • Sprint estimation and planning
  • Sprint management
  • Showcase releases
  • Continual Improvement and retrospectives
• Write, review and analyse product requirement story cards in collaboration with CPO, CTO & Leads (both Dev & UX)
• Coach the team members in agile delivery
• Resolve conflicts and resolve blockers to support the team to deliver
• Support and report to the Product Manager on all aspects of product design, development and delivery

• Complete understanding of the full software development lifecycle
• Proficient written and spoken English

Your Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Scrum Master or Iteration Manager
• Leading and working with globally distributed software development teams
• Extensive experience leading Agile teams and servant leadership
• Strong ability to communicate with developers, designers, users to understand priorities, constraints, opportunities and capabilities
• Good at presentation, report writing skills
• Have a high sense of responsibility
• Pay close attention to the details of User Experience
• Gather data from a range of sources both internal and external to inform decisions, set goals and measure the impact of the products we release

It's an advantage if you have:

• Product management experience
• Scrum master or equivalent certification is a plus
• Experience within a startup continually releasing and iterating a product in the market.
• Experience in a product or services business in the marketing or customer experience space
