2.1 Sales Responsibility

Perform agreed upon sales targets and plan from direct supierior;
Present, promote and sell services to existing and prospective customers, by creating ideas and marketing plan & using solid arguments;
Aquire up-to-date news&trends of advertisement market especially digital area; Perform cost-benefit analysis, competitor analysis and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to propose growth direction, leverage service quality of SKYPERRY.

2.2 Project Management Resposibility

Precisely, comprehend & communicate needs of each customer to each internal team/cohort to create consistent & meet-the-needs products/services;
Professionally & efficiently, facilitate projects in the standard of project management quality of SKYPERRY;
Implement, keeptrack, audit & report performance of marketing campaign & expedite consistent solutions to customer's upcoming plans & problems;
Work in cross-functional teams/cohorts;
Report, audit & lesson-learn marketing campaign & propose growth direction & leverage the standard of project management quality of SKYPERRY.

2.3 Customer Care Responsibility:

Buy suppliers including hiring freelancers, booking influencers and others external products/services in order to run projects suscessfully & efficiently;
Create buying plan & budget, and control purchasing activities of assigned projects;
Negotiate as ensuring that the deliverables's purchased affordably & meet the standard of quality;
Have responsibility of acceptance test of deliverables before settlement payment;

Build & sustain supplier relationship.

1-3 years of relevant experience in digital media, social media and/or advertising; At least 1 year experience in the same position or industry;
Bachelor or equivalent, international education encouraged;
Capability of multi-project management; Detail oriented
Negotiation & Problem solving
Communication & Presenting
Independent thinking, Synthesis & Analysis
Teamwork, team developmet & facilitating
Office softwares including Word, Excel, Power Point, and other job-related-tools
Language: English (required), Vietnamese (required), Chinese (Advantage);
Ability to perform well in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience
