Business DevelopmentDrive revenue growth for networking and backup storage products (e.g., NAS, SAN, cloud backup, switches, routers, firewalls).
Identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities through direct customer engagement and channel partners.
Develop go-to-market strategies to penetrate the SMB/SME sector.
2. Account Management
Build strong relationships with existing and new SMB/SME clients.
Act as the main point of contact between the company and assigned accounts.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
3. Channel & Partner Engagement
Work closely with distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
Conduct product training, provide sales tools, and support partners with technical and business proposals.
Collaborate on marketing campaigns tailored to the Vietnam SMB/SME market.
4. Market Intelligence & Product Positioning
Stay updated on networking and storage market trends, competitors, and client needs.
Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the product and marketing teams.
Position solutions effectively against competitor offerings.
5. Forecasting & Reporting
Develop accurate sales forecasts and ensure timely reporting of activities, pipelines, and opportunities.
Use CRM tools to manage accounts, pipelines, and revenue forecasts.
6. Customer Support & Satisfaction
Ensure that customers receive appropriate product support and service.
Address escalations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Male/female, age 24 - 45, good-looking, confident communication.
• College degree or higher in Economics or related fields.
• Experience in IT project business (especially system and networking solutions).
