Ensure that the appearance and values of FE CREDIT as a brand is the best it can be via developing and executing multi-channel branding initiatives
Increasing external and internal positive awareness of the Brand.
Effectively manage, direct, and implement brand development and digital communication activities to ensure alignment with FE Credit's policies and operational guidelines. Actively contribute to building the company's image to develop its brand and business in line with strategic directions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute an annual brand plan consistent with the overall marketing and business strategy to attract potential customers, increase brand awareness and market share, enhance interactions between brands and consumers and the public generally..
Develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services on both of digital & offline platforms (including websites, social networks and other online communication channels) through Conceptualize content, create detailed implementation plans, expected budget, implementation schedule...
Generate ideas, build, and enhance FE Credit's image for campaigns and programs aligned with operational objectives for each target/project.
Research, build, deploy, and apply brand identity guidelines for FE Credit.
Monitor compliance with FE Credit's visual identity standards across online and direct communication channels.
Monitor, research and make reports on competitors' online platform activities.
Control/coordinate digital media activities to prevent risks and crises.
Plan, deploy, and develop advertising channels and digital media communication for FE Credit
Build, edit, and control all media content on all online media channels of the company
Optimize content for websites and social network channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok... to increase visibility, maintain and grow brand indicators such as public interaction, emotional index, customer discussion rate about the brand on social networks...
Manage, monitor and report the effectiveness of the company's owned online communication channels.
Register and manage trademark protection for FE Credit's products.
Brand audit annually. Monitor, monitor, and assess brand health on social networks on a regular basis to have a clear understanding of brand performance through key indicators, as well as to discover problems early, including the possibility of a crisis, and develop successful remedies. Timely adjustment and response tactics to safeguard and improve brand value while maintaining a competitive market position.
