Gathering and completion of business requirements, conduct cost/benefits analysis
Consult business needs, negotiate with business and suggest solutions
Active role in definition of IT solutions with business
Defining excellent documentation and users' stories, highly and efficiently maintain the team's backlog.
Cooperate with local and also foreign development teams on delivery
Participation on system and acceptance testing
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
Have the knowledge of most business processes/information systems in the company
Sole responsibility for small and medium tasks
Participation on IT and business projects
Contribute to build team's culture/process/standard.
