Mô tả công việc

1. Gather data from different sources and platforms to create reports (either in numerical or graphical presentation)
2. Prepare regular reports: weekly, monthly, bi-annual, and annual reports, as well as explain trends and causes
3. Prepare urgent ad-hoc reports and analysis as demanded by BOD and other teams
4. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
5. Constantly research and propose new metrics to monitor product and business performance
6. Propose and create best practice processes for further data gathering and report creation
7. Support other teams in creating reports and analysis

Yêu cầu

1. Strong knowledge in data analysis and reporting using MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets: pivot table, formulas, functions, and shortcuts
2. Experienced with Google Analytics/Firebase data
3. Experienced with Google Data Studio or other data visualization and reporting tools
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with accuracy
5. Strong story-telling skills, being able to translate data into business insight
6. Knowledge on Python or any other programming language is a plus
7. Very careful and strong attention to details
8. A hands-on, proactive, and can-do attitude, open and supportive mindset
9. Good English writing and speaking skills
10. Can work with minimal supervision
