- Collaborate with different internal teams by building reports and dashboards with useful analysis and data insights from both products and customers.
- Explain trends across data sources, potential opportunities for growth or improvement, diagnostic, forecasting, and prescriptive data analysis.
- Deep understanding of different data sources through multiple services to help drive designs/usages or note impacts to data reporting capabilities.
- Work with the Data team for new user events and ad-hoc metrics requested related to product features.
- Create necessary documentation and presentations for relevant analytics.
- Have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in top-ranked universities.
- Have at least three-year experience in the data analyst position for B2B or B2C products.
- Good understanding of analytical data warehouse and business intelligence tools (Superset and Amplitude). Passionate about data, analytics, and automation.
- Professional experience with using SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation to generate business insights and drive better organizational decision-making.
- Good at analytical skills and logical thinking. Willing to learn new things and dare to overcome all challenges.
- Great communication skills and have the ability to work during strict or urgent deadlines.
- Proficient in English.
