Mô tả công việc
A big multinational organization, top player in Garment industry is looking for a dynamic individual to join their team in Ho Chi Minh as Senior Development Manager
* Task 1:Driving and Managing Nike Development Department.
- Communication & Collaborate with cross functional department for the product risk assessment for quality, Technical, construction/design, craftsmanship base on Factory capability and do alignment critical product quality with a PES (product Engineer Suggestion) under Brand base.
- Lead, Review, Evaluate result of project from Brand's and company base on short and long term strategy.
- Lead for product innovation concept.
- Manage, mornitor and update the product source plan, order plan/status
- Sharing, Hand off (by email), update all information, standard, requirement, policy receive from Brand Nike (PCC & ACE) to related cross functional department.
- Build leadership and relationship with external partner and internal cross functional department management.
- Lead and Communicate for the 3D digital proto samples project with Client of Nike Brand.
- Nike Product development Onsite meeting Management.
- Lead the seasonal product walk through
* Task 2: Managing and review the Brand forecast order
- Mornitoring, Analysis the product type source vs business volume by season of Brand Manage, mornitor and update the product source plan, order plan/status refer to Nike Long range plan report.
- Overall managing for sample order plan and payment settlement status
- Overview Management for performance of FOTP/OTP sample order
* Task 3: Costing management
- Collaboration with GSD, Technical department to get optimization on FOB from material consumption and SAM/NTU/SMV
- Optimization on the costing model refer Nike's project and requirement/standard.
- Consolidate and review result of the analysis cost margin report base on Brand base.
- Communication & Negotiation direct with client related all costing issue or costing project
- Lead MI costing for cost accuracy (MV) and cost competitiveness (BMC)
- Working on & Negotiation for cost matrix with Nike
- Tracking the FX-rate from Nike by season and sharing to related department
* Task 4: Garment Lead time overall mannagement
- Working on overview management for the procurment Lead time and manufacturing Lead time by seasonal calendar.
- Connecting and working with internal cross functional department to driving the Lead time reduction project if any new strategy or target update from Nike.
* Task 5: Supply Chain Management
- Communication with supplier for process alignment project between T1/T2
- Overview Communication for all material quality concern with high risk and business forecast.
- Negotiation the material pricing, subcontract pricing, lead time & payment term.
- Overall managing all subcontract capacity
- Overview Communication for material capacity/greige booking for off line custom (BCS, FANATICS).
- Lead and review on Overall T2/T3 performance & Business.
- Collaborate with cross functional department for self approval strike off project for PTL style
* Task 6: Manpower Resource Management & Department activitives
- Empowerment and managing job of Line Manager and Team Leader
Review and evaluation monthly & yearly Department KPI and cross functional department KPI
- Coach for the solution and direction to team for any issue related Brand & category.
- Coach a team going with correct process in job and task to get the highest speed & efficiency
- Overall managing on compliance process for company goal related ISO, CT-PAT, [protected info] in Development department.
Develop Talent and Coaching in Development Department.
- Make a plan for Development department to refreshing training, coaching the product & Technical & material concept knowledge
- Provide suitable opportunity or task based on ability of team member in team.
* Task 7 Others.
- Manage, coordinate, and mobilize personnel of the Development division..
- Collaborate Cross functional department do support for IPF (internal Pull forward) Plan
- Participate the external meeting with Client & supplier and Internal with cross functional department and BOD in scope of product development, policy, project, [protected info]
- Review Weekly, Monthly, Seasonal, Yearly Development report and make overall result submit to BOD
