Level Senior (lead team with 2-3 members)
Report to HRM
As a Senior C&B Staff, your main responsibilities will be:
1. C&B Operation:
• Operate, review and overall manage all C&B activities in payroll, PIT, SHUI, PVI health insurance, labor contracts, annual evaluation program, policies, procedures, benefits, timesheets, annual health checks, internal & external labor reports... for all employees;
• Be in charge of annual working plan, labor cost, accrual planning...;
• Overall management HR information (Filling, updating, managing employee profile) on all HR system, master list and storage;
• Assist in implementing and administering C&B programs;
• Keep updated Labor law, PIT law, Insurance law and HR practices in Vietnam;
• Ensure that the C&B operations remain compliant with the current labor legislation; collecting legal documents and advising the management on the change of relevant regulations when necessary.
2. Others:
• Make the accuracy report for submitting on time to Government authorities including regular reports (PIT, headcounts....)
• Handle all internal & external report for HR audit purpose and cowork with internal audit team & Government authorities when necessary;
• Internal yearly or weekly report
• Perform ad-hoc tasks on Line Managers' assignment.

Job Requirements
• At least 4 years of working experience in C&B in foreign companies;
• Good experience in payroll, SHUI tasks, PIT finalization, Tax reports, Labor reporting;
• Strong understanding of Labor law, PIT law, Insurance law and HR practices in Vietnam;
• High ownership, careful, confidentiality commitment, highly organized;
• Good MS Office efficiency (especially in Excel, VBA);
• Excellent numerical skills and logical thinking;
• Good writing and communication skills;
• Good English skills;
• Teamwork, supportive, open-minded, adaptable, and a strong ability to learn;
