Senior IT Recruiter (HRBP) (Salary Up to 900$)

The Senior IT Recruiter (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning True North School/ business objectives with employees and management in the Tech Team. This position maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business plans, culture and competition.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, including: sourcing, screening CV's, conducting phone and F2F interviews, making offers;
• Be proactive in sourcing & making connection with qualified, talented, and potential candidates to build talent pool;
• Develop initiatives to use recruiting techniques to source qualified professionals and a diverse talent pool. (i.e., social media, employee referrals, direct contact recruiting, internet data mining, job boards, and internal/external networks);
• Monitor the effectiveness of the recruitment & onboarding processes, research best practices, obtain feedback from new hires and hiring managers, and utilize data to refine and improve the processes over time;
• Leverage and maintain data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements as needed;
• Develop annual/ periodical manpower plan and recruitment strategies/target aligned with the demands of software project resource and HR capability;
• Collaborate with the HR Team on employer branding activities, creating and maintaining a network of potential candidates, previously unsuccessful candidates, search partners, etc.
• Provide HR management support; Manage admin duties of Tech team;
• Other duties in the sphere of recruitment, candidate, or onboarding experience as directed by the Head of HR;
