SENIOR PARTNERSHIP EXECUTIVE

Ho Chi Minh Office - 5th floor - Golden Bee Tower - 607 Nguyen Kiem - Phu Nhuan

Ha Noi Office - 4th floor - 170 De La Thanh - Dong Da

Scope of work:

Manage and grow relationships with merchants
Negotiate contracts with Merchants
Ensure smooth Merchant-onboarding processes by collaborating with other teams at UrBox
Assess partnerships and propose partnership-enhancing strategies
Build strong relationships at all levels within the organization from technical stakeholders to senior executives;
Monitor and analyze metrics in order to recommend optimizations to improve performance and revenues;
Complete other tasks assigned by the CEO

Skill requirements:

Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of related experience
Previous experience in Business Development and/or Marketing is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent English skills
Willingness to travel nationally
A persistent, positive attitude to problem-solving and proactive approach to tasks
Ability to build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Function well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment where constant change is the norm and the bar for quality is set high
Detail-orientation with superb organizational skills and strong follow-through
Great ability to prioritize and manage schedules
Treats people with respect; keeps commitments; inspires the trust of others; works ethically and with integrity; upholds organizational values
