Senior QA Engineer Tester, Manual - UrgentSoXes Việt Nam

• Provide technical expertise on quality assurance and quality control (web, mobile, desktop application)
• Working independently, directly communicating with the manager, team, and client.
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
• Perform functional testing, regression testing and keep track of all the new developments.
• Making reports and documentation.
• Support user acceptance testing for new features, improving the test coverage by including the most relevant end-to-end user scenarios in test plans and automation.
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
• Contribute ideas to fulfill the product & services.

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and working experience.
• 5+ years of direct QA experience: designing, implementing, executing tests and tracking/reporting results.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to quantify and communicate the quality of a product to Project Manager
• Good knowledge of QA methodologies.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and strict attention to details.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with project manager and internal cross- functional teams.
• Ability to understand and manage customer expectations and software implementation methodology.
• Ability to document technical/ business requirements and troubleshoot errors
• Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Creative in manual testing with fast bug detection through exploratory testing.
• Understanding of Agile methodology and experience of working in an Agile environment, Jira, Zephyr and SCRUM.
• Working knowledge of test management software and SQL
• Able to work independently with "Can-Do" spirit and to manage time effectively.

"Plus" skills:

• Able to Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business
• Basic SQL skills and good experience in automated testing tools.
• Basic programming skills in Java for developing test scripts
• Experience in revision control systems like: Github, SVN.
• Experience in automation test: Selenium, Appium, Jenkin configuration...
• Experience in REST/SOAP API using tool like Postman/SOAPUI
• Experience in using BDD (Behavior-driven development) Framework
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
