Collect intelligence & propose timely interventions. People • Guide & coach regional sales team on shape and drive sales performance of region. • Take full ownership of fostering stakeholder engagement both internally and externally. Proactively influencing and negotiating for positive outcomes.• Take on a leadership role in mentoring and developing junior team members within team and function. Provide guidance and support to ensure each member thrives in their respective roles..
