Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

You are interested in building and retaining highly skilled teams/talent for the long term. Overall, you would like to lead the ongoing talent acquisition cycle from the pipeline to creating a happy employee experience.
You like to undertake a strategic and targeted approach, to get higher candidate engagements from highly skilled applicants for our job openings and even engage passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques.
You like to provide advice to our hiring managers for example ensuring that the talent acquisition addresses our long term goals and is in line with our broader company strategy.

• Manage Full-Cycle Recruiting: Create and implement strategies to solve problems and build diverse pipelines across sales and corporate teams through sourcing, referrals, research, events, and social media. Find and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques
• Contribute to workforce planning, anticipating future hiring needs
• Keep abreast of talent acquisition trends, best practises and new technology.
• Continuous improvement of recruitment policy, tools and processes to reduce time to fill, increase quality of hire and improve candidate and hiring manager experience
• Tracking, analysis and reporting of different resourcing data
• Provide expert advice, recommendations and training to hiring managers on a range of recruitment matters including best practice attraction and selection
• Build relationships with colleges, employment agencies, search firms, business and community service agencies
• Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
