Mô tả công việc
JOB SUMMARY
As a member of RSM VN Talent Acquisition team, you will contribute by focusing on early identification of candidates in their academic career through internship and full-time opportunities out of university. Your responsibilities will include:
• Responsible for the execution of full life-cycle recruiting for RSM VN.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for candidates, universities, and internal business units.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to design and implement tailored campus recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
• Utilizing market insights, data, and recruitment trends to influence hiring strategies and engage key stakeholders.
• Serve as a "Brand Ambassador" to expand our internal & external footprint to build RSM VN brand.
• Manage established projects or conferences or develop new programs as required
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Mass Recruitment:
• Responsible for the annual recruitment programs: internship and graduate program
• Connect with service lines to identify hiring needs
• CV screening, arrange assessments, interviews, and track qualified candidates in the talent pool.
2. Experienced hires:
• Manage the full recruitment process for experienced positions, including posting job ads on various platforms (LinkedIn, Joboko, career sites, executive search).
• Coordinate tests, interviews and follow up on selection results.
• Follow up with candidate on signing offer letters;
• Prepare candidate pools/database to adapt with annual recruitment needs of respective functions;
• Develop and strengthen recruitment networks with agencies, universities, and external services.
• Manage the contracts with job posting platforms and recruitment agencies (Joboko, Joboko, headhunters, and other jobs posts sites)
3. Onboarding process:
• Plan onboarding strategies and perform new employees' orientation to deliver an exceptional first-day experience at RSM Vietnam;
• Update the profile of candidates database to RSM pool (using Base E-hiring tool);
• Coordinate with relevant departments for onboarding logistics and documentation
• Provide complete new hire documentation to the C&B team for personnel file setup
4. Employer Branding:
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to strengthen RSM's employer brand by connecting with key target universities and supporting engagement initiatives such as university tours, career fairs, webinars, and other campus activities
• Organize and participate in employer branding events, including office visits, job fairs, workshops, and webinars.
• Maintain and strong partnerships with universities, student clubs, and professional networks
5. Reports:
• Prepare headcount and recruitment budget planning annually
• Generate and maintain regular HR reports, including headcount tracking, recruitment channel performance, recruitment cost analysis, and turnover rates on a monthly/quarterly/yearly, as well as ad-hoc reports as requested.
6. HR Projects Participation
• Participate in cross-functional HR projects such as job analysis, employee engagement initiatives, etc...
• Support the digital transformation of HR through participation in HR technology and automation initiatives (e.g. e-recruitment tools, reporting dashboards)
• Stay updated with market trends, best practices, and benchmarks to bring fresh perspectives and continuous improvement into HR operations
7. Others:
• Conduct and analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data;
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
• Other tasks as assigned by management

Yêu cầu
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Bachelor's degree in Human resources management, Business Administration, or related fields;
• At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in human resources, talent acquisition
• Practical experience in internal HR services at professional services, accounting firms would be ideal
• Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures, labor laws and talent market trends
• Strong understanding of end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and employer branding;
• Tech-savvy with experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruitment platforms
• Strong project management skills, including planning, coordinating, and executing HR or recruitment-related projects with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Ability to lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives while managing timelines
• Experience in managing recruitment vendors and external partnerships effectively.
• Full skill practices of Microsoft 365 Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Demonstrate strong social/ verbal/ written communication skills, collaboration, and interpersonal skills;
• Show business acumen, planning, analytical reporting and presentation skills
• Have good understanding others to build strong relationship within the organization.
• Enhance awareness of employee relationship management;
• Ability to work independently with a proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven approach;
• Show excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
• Show ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment;
• Be willing to spend time reading and learning new things;
• Fluent English language (speaking, listening, reading and writing) in social and business communication at a minimum Business Level
