If you're creative, dynamic, and proficient in Webflow, with a burning desire to deliver beautiful, inspiring, and impactful marketing websites, we want to talk to you.
As a Senior Webflow Developer, you will play a crucial role in our online branding and customer acquisition efforts. You'll be building full-fledged marketing websites and landing pages in collaboration with the UI design team and - in addition, creating ready-made web components for our marketers' continuous digital marketing experimentations. Another area of the scope of work is keeping the website system lean with speedy performance and maintaining 3rd party integrations (tracking pixels, 3rd party Javascript, and the likes) manageable.
A successful candidate will need to possess an advanced Webflow skillset and a well-established and productive development process. Beyond the core Webflow skillset, a global mindset, an eagle eye for pixel-perfect, a fresh taste of modern design, and a cross-functional communication capability will ensure your chance to succeed in this position.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, manage, build and maintain Grove HR's marketing websites and landing pages mainly using Webflow.
Build and manage "drag-n-drop" web components/ Webflow symbols for speedy website and landing page building, mainly to serve our marketing experimentations.
Maintain the CMS for both static and dynamic pages within the website.
Optimize Grove HR's Website and landing pages for maximum speed, scalability, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
Implement and manage all integrations from Grove HR product platform and 3rd party plug-ins and tracking.
Ensure implementations follow web standards, accessibility, and usability best practices.
Assist marketing team members on websites assessment on user experience and usability.
Collaborate with UI designers for website implementation and management.
